PROMOTED MONOGRAPH “NIS` PALILULA”

Palilula Municipality is, after Niska Banja, second Nis` city municipality which received own monograph. Author of this worth publishing project, which is realizing under patronage of Pailula Municipality, is BA in Sociology Jovica Vasic, publicist and longtime newspaper of “Narodne Novine”. Monograph “NIS` PALILULA” is graphically designed by Mile Radicevic within numerous documents and photographs of authors Miroslav Lavrencic, Jovan Surdilovic, Branislav Tikic, Dragan Vidojkovic, Milan Stojanovic, Jovan Ilic, which illustrate decades rapid development.

About importance of this publishing project, in the presence of author and publisher, on press conference, held in City Municipality of Palilula spoke Prof. Dr Igor Novakovic, President of City Municipality of Palilula. He announced that will until this years Palilula Night, with help of donors and expected help of the City printed this worth monographic work. Hinted as a possibility that Nis` Cultural Center will be co-publisher of monograph  and take over its further distribution on the fairs of books.

About work on monograph, in the name of authors team, spoke and participants of press conferene: Mile Radicevic, Branislav Tikic, Jovan Surdilovic. Promotion attended and Milan Djurdjevic, President of Municipal Assembly, Bojan Ilic, Head of Municipal Administration and Dragan Vidojkovic, member of editorial board and author of part of published photographs.

According to reviewers of monograph, Prof. Dr Dragan Nikolic and Prof. Dr Miomir Naumovic, author confirms its maturity of research. “Jovica Vasic is in writing of monograph “City Municipality of Palilula” invested enormous research effort and collected multitude data. These data, bulk in dozens of bibliographical units and numerous various sources, author is exemplary and chronologically arranged.
